Weekly Meetings
A portion of each regular weekly meeting generally consists of an address by one or more members as a Career Talk, a Career Update, a Magazine Format / Panel Discussion or an informative address by a invited speaker from outside of the KWBWA.

Newsletter
Members receive a monthly newsletter that contains a calendar of upcoming events; articles and announcements from members; information from the Board; a "Member Profile" of one of the members and an updated membership listing.

Mentorship Program
To assist new members to quickly become familiar with the Association and its procedures, each new member is paired with an existing member upon being voted in.

Lunches Out
Periodically we hold our meetings at a local restaurant, to sample the cuisine of a new business or visit an established favourite. This allows the membership to spend the meeting chatting and networking in an informal setting.

Special Events
Occasionally a trip, entertainment, sports activity, party or some other optional social event is planned to facilitate the building of comraderie amond the members.

Personal Page on our Website
An opt-in addition to the Directory on this website enables members to post a page of information about their business with pictures and a link to their business website. This "more information" page can be edited by the member at any time.

Lead Draw
A cash incentive is provided to encourage members to do business with one another or to provide leads to one-another's businesses.
